Great philosophy about vegetables. He has build a very close relationship with his selection of local farmers. Because of this, the farmers especially create the vegetables he wants to use. From quality, size and taste. Outback they have a small vegetable patch where they produce their own crops. This way they can harvest the freshest ingredients from day to day. Cant wait to get started there!
